Arelvo helps students from all cultures discover who they are while becoming leaders in their communities. Founded in 2024, we support students facing stereotypes so they find confidence, speak up, and achieve more whether it be in school and in life.

Many young people from ethnic backgrounds are misunderstood or overlooked. This can stop them from getting involved or believing in their future. Arelvo exists to change this. We build a safe space where every student is encouraged to share their story, reach for big goals, and feel proud of their roots.

Arelvo stands for Aspire, Resilience, Empower, Lead, Voice, Opportunity. These six words guide us. We help youth aim higher, stay strong, build real skills, speak up, and find new chances to succeed.

Our mission is to break old ideas and barriers that make success harder for students. We want everyone’s background celebrated, and every student ready to lead and learn without losing who they truly are.
How Do We Do It?
Arelvo brings politicians, professors, leaders, and others to speak directly with our students. These talks open minds and show what’s possible.
We create books and lessons so students can explore their ethnic stories and learn about their own culture.
Our podcast lets people globally hear the amazing things young people from diverse backgrounds are doing. We spotlight students/leaders/community members making a real difference. By sharing these genuine stories, it is a reminder for each listener that people like them are already changing the world.
