About Arelvo
Arelvo is the first-ever national student-led platform by AMEMSA AANHPI youth, focusing on (1) educating classrooms about Arabic-American and Asian American histories (2) speaking out on issues that truly matter (3) taking genuinely meaningful actions (4) producing episodes/workshops with experts (5) fighting/advocating against hate
Our Story
We saw that our stories were missing in classrooms and in the news. We wanted a place where we could learn, share, and support each other. Arelvo was born from our hope for a better, kinder world.
What We Do
Create Curriculum - We help write lessons about our histories for schools.
Host Podcast - We invite experts to teach and talk with us.
Advocate for Change: We speak out and work for better laws and school rules.
Fight Hate: We stand together against hate and support each other through policy.
